By default all emails sent through Invoiced will be from "". We do this to ensure maximum deliverability. Any replies from customers however will be routed to your company's primary email address.

If you have any issues receiving emails from Invoiced then we recommend whitelisting "" in your spam filter.

We can also send customer emails through your own email infrastructure. All you have to do is provide the credentials to your SMTP gateway. This can be set up in Settings > Email. This feature is available on all paid plans.
