Invoiced supports attaching additional files or documents to invoices. This can be nifty if you have supporting documentation that you need to include on an invoice but does not fit into the notes or line items.
When you attach files to an invoice they will be available for your client to download in the client view after clicking the View and Pay Invoice button from the invoice email. If an invoice has any attachments they will be prominently displayed next to the invoice. Your client can then click on any attachments they want to view in order to download it.
Please note that we do not include invoice attachments in emails or in the invoice PDF.
Steps to attach files to invoices:
1. Start drafting a new invoice or click Edit on an existing invoice.
2. At the bottom of the screen there is an Attachments section. Click the + Files button.
3. A dialog will appear where you can upload files from your computer or cloud services that you use, such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and more.
4. Once you are finished drafting your invoice just save it like normal to finish attaching the files.
